Rotating and turning your mattress:
A. ROTATE THE MATTRESS THROUGH 90 ̊
B. TURN THE MATTRESS OVER
C. ROTATE THE MATTRESS THROUGH A FURTHER 90 ̊
In the case of a seasonal turn mattresses, rotating and turning the mattress over periodically will encourage the upholstery fillings to settle more evenly.
It is recommended to rotate and turn your mattress once a week during the first 3 months and thereafter with the seasons.

Zone 3: £80

GENERAL INFORMATION
While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods and deliveries can be unavoidably delayed due to high volumes of parcels being handled in delivery depots. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU DELIVER?
Our Standard delivery service operates between 8am – 9pm MON-FRI with an approximate 3-hour time slot provided.
We cannot unfortunately, determine any time slots for the standard delivery service, these are issued solely by the courier and cannot be changed once issued. Time slots are an approximation only and the actual delivery could fall outside of this estimation.
You will normally receive a SMS/e-mail the evening prior to a standard delivery to inform you of your estimated 3-hour delivery slot for the following day.
The courier team will try to contact you on the day of delivery 30 – 60 minutes prior to arriving to let you know they will be with you shortly. Please be aware we cannot guarantee the pre call and it is strongly advised the customer makes necessary arrangements to ensure the property is occupied at all times on the day of delivery.
